Automotive Service Writer

High-Performance Service Advisor (Automotive)

Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Pay: $75,000 – $100,000+ (Performance-Based)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | No Weekends

This Is Not a “Service Writer” Job

This is a high-performance role for someone who can move fast, communicate clearly, and close work the right way.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Answer every call with urgency and professionalism
  • Build trust with customers quickly
  • Present needed work clearly and confidently (no pressure, no gimmicks)
  • Keep workflow moving—no bottlenecks
  • Coordinate with technicians to keep inspections and repairs moving fast
  • Follow up on declined work (this is non-negotiable)

You are not here to diagnose vehicles.
You are here to communicate, prioritize, and close work properly.
