AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER

J & M Auto Service is looking for a hands-on leader to guide our front-of-house team at one of our established repair facilities. You will coach Service Advisors, work closely with the Shop Foreman, help customers, and keep the shop performing at a high level.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead, coach, and hold Service Advisors accountable.

• Manage a portion of daily repair orders and support customers when needed.

• Partner with the Shop Foreman to maintain efficient workflow and technician productivity.

• Monitor key performance indicators, including gross profit, average repair order, and overall shop results.

• Deliver clear communication, timely follow-up, and an exceptional customer experience.

• Provide and participate in ongoing in-house and remote training.

• Keep J & M’s culture, standards, and processes consistent every day.

• Automotive service leadership or strong Service Advisor experience.

• A proven ability to coach people, serve customers, and achieve results.
